Our hassle-free policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your item(s) is missing or arrive defective, incorrect, or damaged, you are eligible to a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please do not send your item(s) back to the address on the shipping label. To start the return process, contact our support team using the email address email@example.com. You will receive a new shipping label for your package with our return address via email.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may sometimes take up to 14 days to return to its source.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve your issue.
If a return is necessary, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for items returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact our support team to start the return process and receive the shipping label for your package.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
